1. Look for the QR code on the lock.

2. You can choose either way to unlock the bike:

a. Enable Bluetooth and scan the QR code. The lock will open automatically.

b. Scan the QR code to obtain a pin code. Enter the pin code to unlock.

If your phone's Bluetooth isn't working, you can unlock the bike manually with an unlock code. On the Scan to Unlock screen: tap “Bike Number” and enter the bike ID to receive a unique code. Enter the code on the keypad on the lock to unlock the bike.

3 simple steps:

1. Park the bike in a designated parking area
2. Locate/scan the QR code of the parking area
3. Confirm payment

You should park your bikes in designated parking areas as indicated on the homepage map. Failure to do so will result in a SGD5 service charge.

If you see a bike that has an unauthorized lock, or that is broken or illegally parked, please notify us. Tap the customer support icon on the lower right corner of the home screen and select the issue from the list of options.

To top up your balance, simply go to “My wallet” and choose Top up. Please note that the balance is non-refundable.
